This website describes the residence stewardship service offered by LRO — London Residence Office. The information on it is provided for general information and does not form part of any agreement.

Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry does not constitute acceptance of an engagement. Every stewardship arrangement is individually agreed in writing before it begins, and LRO may decline any enquiry at its discretion.

Scope of service

LRO provides private residence stewardship and related property-presence services. LRO does not provide estate agency, letting agency or private security services.

Residential presence is not a security service and is not represented as preventing any particular event. LRO works alongside, and does not replace, an owner's appointed property manager, household team or security provider.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text and imagery, belongs to LRO and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales.
