Who we are
LRO — London Residence Office provides private residence stewardship services in London. This notice explains how we handle personal information provided to us through this website.
Information we collect
When you submit a private enquiry we collect the name, email address, telephone number, the capacity in which you are enquiring, the general location of the residence and the message you provide. We do not collect information about your movements, your household or your residence beyond what you choose to tell us.
How we use it
Enquiry information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and to discuss a possible stewardship arrangement. It is not used for marketing lists and is not sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes.
Lawful basis
We process enquiry information on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services, and where relevant in order to take steps at your request before entering into an arrangement.
Retention
Enquiries are retained for as long as necessary to respond and to maintain a record of the correspondence, and are then deleted. You may ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

This website uses only the storage strictly necessary for it to function, including remembering that you have seen the cookie notice. No advertising or tracking cookies are set.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal information, to object to or restrict its processing, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
